Befojo plantation is one of the best small organic certified plantations that are merged in 2000 ha Bertil Akesson's estate in Sambirano region of Madagascar. This estate is famous for it's aromatic cocoa which is used by award-winning chefs and best chocolate makers around the globe. This chocolate is the first single origin white chocolate in Akesson's collection. In this bar Akesson uses high percentage of non-deodorised cocoa batter to open fully potential of Befojo's cocoa.
