Beau Cacao, a visionary chocolate enterprise, is committed to revolutionizing the chocolate experience with a contemporary and sensory approach. Originating from diverse backgrounds – one as a product designer and the other as a professional waiter – the founders embarked on a global journey that unveiled the intricate facets of chocolate. They realized that chocolate, akin to wine, possessed the potential for complexity, elegance, and allure, a realization they aimed to share with the world.

Motivated by their passion to transform chocolate into a source of indulgence and joy, they established Beau Cacao. Dedicated to crafting seasonal, single plantation chocolate bars with meticulous attention to detail in Briançon, Hautes-Alpes, their fundamental mission revolves around transcending treats into intimate, shareable moments of wholesome pleasure, while prioritizing the conservation of Earth's invaluable resources.

At the heart of Beau Cacao lies a commitment to ensuring consumers enjoy chocolate with confidence. This confidence stems from their dedication to sourcing the finest cacao beans from ethical farmers and treating every member of their supply chain with fairness and respect. Adhering to equitable standards and advocating for sustainable agricultural practices, they aim to have a positive impact on both the environment and communities.

Rejecting the mass-market paradigm of chocolate production, Beau Cacao emphasizes a direct connection between consumers and cacao farmers. Through close collaboration with small-scale growers, they maintain transparency in their products, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that uplift farmers, the company, and chocolate connoisseurs alike.

This distinctive approach enables Beau Cacao to preserve the unique flavors and aromas imbued by the terroir, resulting in a collection of exceptional single plantation fine chocolate bars. Each bar narrates a tale of origin, care, and dedication, reflecting Beau Cacao's unwavering commitment to excellence and sustainability evident in every sumptuous bite of their exquisite creations.

Our chocolate makers proudly refrain from using any artificial stabilizers or preservatives in their products, making their creations more temperature-sensitive compared to other premium chocolates.

To ensure the optimal taste experience, it's advisable to store our chocolates in a cool, dry place where the temperature hovers between 16°C and 18°C. Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.

On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor. Your mindful storage practices will help preserve the integrity of our delectable chocolates.
