It is composed of 40% milk produced by our organic mountain farms in the Austrian Tyrol region, 40% pure cocoa butter and only 20% raw cane sugar. The ingredient split of a generic white chocolate would be 20% cocoa butter, 14% milk and over 60% sugar.
Most white chocolate varieties are veritable sugar bombs, sticky sweet and with the sugar completely drowning out all other flavour notes. This fine chocolate features a harmonious balance between the cocoa butter, the milk and just a bit of sugar.
The aromatic mountain milk produced by the organic mountain farmers in Austrian Tyrol region, who let their cows graze the meadows high up in the Wilder Kaiser range and who still transport their milk down from the mountain using rustic cable cars.
