The queen of the Cacaosorten, the extremely rare and noble Porcelana, is the purest known Criollo variety. Their variety of flavours is incomparably harmonious. Idilio's Porcelana is obtained under scientific supervision in the last traditional cultivation areas at the foot of the Andes, carefully fermented and gently dried in the sun.

Davies and Stout spent about a year researching and testing different methods of chocolate making before they launched Ritual Chocolate in Denver, eight years ago. They started with one bar and slowly added more over time. Now, they have 13 bars and make everyone at their shop on Iron Horse Drive.
