72% Peru Chuncho:Chuncho is a rare cocoa variety from Peru, a cacao blanco created with white beans grown in the local highlands and producing a very fruity aroma. This is turned – also bean-to-bar of course – into a second dark single origin chocolate with a 72% cocoa content and aromatic flavour nuances from citrus and banana to rose and mango.
