Lachua is a beautiful turquoise limestone lake in the middle of a national park in Guatemala. The lake is surrounded by extremely biodiverse rainforest which is also a home for unique varieties of cacao beans. The local Q'eqchi' Maya families of the region are organised into 3 certified organic farming communities with their ow fermentation operations. This absolutely delicious chocolate bar brings very unique chocolate experience along with a contribution to increasing farmer's financial literacy and quality of life.
