This bar is made by two passionate Frenchmen that started to produce best gourmet bean-to-bar plain dark chocolate in Vietnam. At first this bar shares with you it's soft hazelnut texture with non-intense floral aftertaste. But those of you who are allergic to nuts don't need to worry. All Marou's bars are produced in company's nut-free facilities in Ho Chi Minh from only three ingredients: cacao, cocoa butter & cane sugar. The bar is has fin grain proved by its snap and mouth-melting.
