Taste Christmas early with Ritual's Pine Nut Chocolate. Inspired by the mountains and local flavors surrounding Ritual's factory, ground pine nuts were added to their dark chocolate blend to create a soft, smooth and deliciously nutty bar. Pine nuts are the seeds of Pinyon Pine trees which are native to Utah and grow in the pinyon-juniper woodlands in the picturesque rocky slopes and mesas of the Great Basin. You'll find us seated in front of the air-conditioning instead of the fireplace enjoying this chocolate. With Hello Chocolate say "Hello!" to the best chocolate (and Santa) from around the world.

Davies and Stout spent about a year researching and testing different methods of chocolate making before they launched Ritual Chocolate in Denver, eight years ago. They started with one bar and slowly added more over time. Now, they have an assortment of bars and make everyone at their shop on Iron Horse Drive. Ritual aims to be as sustainable and ethical as possible, and the premium prices on their bars trickles directly down to a living wage paid to the well-respected plantation farmers.
