Gianduja is the magical transformation of hazelnuts and chocolate becoming one. Hazelnuts are slow-roasted and ground into a buttery state and swooshed together with chocolate. With each bite whole perfectly roasted hazelnuts are suspended within the gianduja. Crunchy meets buttery.

Made with “Tonde Gentile delle Langhe” hazelnuts grown in the foothills of Piedmont, Italy. The land and how these very happy hazelnuts are grown are a protected UNESCO world heritage site with a special geographic designation (IGP) They are delicate and very very tasty.
